Please remove all upstream tasks on bug 860791

Could you please remove all upstream tasks on bug 860791 ? Another affected user toggled all the upstream tasks inapporpriately. Now, I cannot change, status nor remove them, and could only change one of them to the NULL project. Thanks!

I cant remove them all as fixed released has been set on them
