changed ISP can't access old email to validate account

g'day, i think i'm asking for my accounts to be merged?
my old [existing] account name is 'dreadmeat' but i can't login due to a forgotten password and can't reset it because i don't have access to the email address i used to sign up.
is this the right way to go about getting this done?
