Please rename lava-utils-interfaces project to remove the trailing 's'

I've just registered https://launchpad.net/lava-utils-interfaces
After adding the project I was going to push the code and noticed the trailing 's' is incorrect. I'd like to remove it as the same name is already used on pypi
