Create new project group anonplus-project

The Anonplus project is currently setup so that default sub-projects (“apps”) are committed to the main trunk repository. It would be a huge work-flow improvement to allow apps to be created separate from the framework they depend upon. This would also allow for better bug management within our project because bugs could be targeted to the problematic application rather than the entire project as a whole.

This new project can be named: anonplus-project.
