Find who's responsible for an action

Hi,

I just found out a new mailing list has been created for Egypt Team LoCo. We already have a mailing list on lists.ubuntu.com .
Is there a way to know which of the admins triggered this ?

Where is the other list? name of the list? Is it a separate list for the team?

One of the admins just said he created it by mistake and purged it. I just want to know if I can find out who did it from launchpad interface.

I'm still unclear as to what you are trying to find out, are you trying to find out if it's possible for you to find out via launchpad or are you asking me to find out for you? I'm on #launchpad if you prefer
