I would like to claim the username "rebel" which doesn't exist on launchpad but a created page blocks it

The account doesn't exist, but there's this page:
"Rebel does not use Launchpad. This page was created on 2009-11-16 when importing comments for Mozilla Bugzilla #57342.."
