Is there a way to close questions as Invalid or duplicates?

There are some spurious questions (in Spanish) that I want to close as Invalid, and questions submitted twice by the questioner. It is possible to do this?

Yes you can change the status of a question to invalid, some people also have the ability of rejecting a question
