Reactivation of Gauze: and ur zone extends

Hello!

I can't open our project's summary at https://launchpad.net/gauze. I've think, this is because Launchpad didn't agree with our licence. We've decided to change our licence to CC BY-SA, without the NC, so we'd like to change it in the project's details, but we obviously can't. Is the CC BY-SA a acceptable licence to Launchpad? Is it possible to reactivate the project, so we can change the licence details?
