French (Canada) doesn't appear in the list of available languages

French (Canada) doesn't appear in the list of available languages in https://translations.launchpad.net/~aobreyss/+editlanguages

Also as an example French (Canada) is not avaible on this page https://translations.launchpad.net/soundconverter/trunk but is avaible when fr_CA is typed manually in https://translations.launchpad.net/soundconverter/trunk/+pots/soundconverter/fr_CA

This is a big drawback and needs to be corrected.
Canadian-French is not French from France and sometimes a fr_CA is really needed to get rid of all the english used by fr_FR translators.

This is not a bug in Launchpad's code. User can request the addition of languages per <https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages>. We can consider the request started because I am changing this bug into a question.

fr_CA was registered, but set to be invisible. I suspect that the Ubuntu community asked that this be turned off. I have turn it on because you want to translate a project other than Ubuntu.

Can you help with this problem?
