New translation group for Clipperz project

Hi,

I'd like to create a translation group for the Clipperz project. Let's call it Clipperz Translators.
It will gather language-specific teams (Japanese Clipperz Translators, Italian Clipperz Translators, ...)

I understand that translation groups needs to be authorized by Launchpad admin.
Am I correct?

Clipperz online password manager is already available in several languages and several of its users freely contributed translations.

We would like to invite them onto Luanchpad in order to:
- give them a better tool to handle their translations
- sharing Clipperz translations with the community
