why isn't there a spam reporting function?

Asked by Brian J. Murrell

Every comment should have a "this is spam" function so that douchebag spammers can be reported quickly and easily and be terminated. Or I mean have their account terminated (or is that what I really mean? :-) )

In any case, this comment is spam: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/269904/comments/321

And this user is a douchebag spammer or just really crappy at creating passwords: https://launchpad.net/~rrmunro

In any case that account needs to be suspended immediately.

Thanks. But how about the simple "one click" reporting function?
