Enable armhf for OMAP dev PPA

hello,

i am the admin of the LP team tiomap-dev, we deliver OMAP addons on top of ubuntu. Our main PPA was recently modified to support armhf (tiomap-dev/release), and I would need to get armhf enabled for our other PPAs:

tiomap-dev/omap-trunk
tiomap-dev/ti-omap-private
