Please change the owner for the project lightpack

Hello, I'm Lightpack main developer (http://code.google.com/p/lightpack/) and want to register our project in launchpad, but someone already took our name, but did not do anything except copy the text describing the project with the English version of the project on googlecode: http://code.google.com/p/light-pack/.
