More space for LibrePlan PPA

The PPA for LibrePlan is without space right now: https://launchpad.net/~libreplan/+archive/ppa

We've been trying to push the PPA for Oneiric, but we ran out space.

The reason to have so big packages, is that LibrePlan is a big Java application depending on lots of libraries that are download with Maven in order to create the package.

We hope to have more space in order to keep publish PPAs for all Ubuntu versions.

I have increased the authorised size from 2GB to 4GB.
