Launchpad splittet accounts because of changing mail-address. Please merge this accounts

Asked by Michael Basse

My real account is

https://launchpad.net/~michael-alpha-unix

It was created with "<email address hidden>"

Later i changed the adress to "<email address hidden>" and deleted the old adress.

With the new mail-adress "<email address hidden>" i cant login, My old mailadress (which was deleted) is pointing to

https://launchpad.net/~7aoyaz9

I cant login with "<email address hidden>" because LP says the password is wrong. Sending a new password did not work because no mail was send (nothing in /var/log/mail.info so its not a spam-problem on my site)

can you please merge these accounts to https://launchpad.net/~michael-alpha-unix

or set "<email address hidden>" as the address for that?

If you need further infos, please let me know

i tried again to send a new password for "<email address hidden>"

i got this

Hello

You have requested a new password for the Launchpad Login Service using the
following email address:

<email address hidden>

This email address is however not associated with any Launchpad Login Service
accounts. If you want to create a new Launchpad Login Service account using
this email address, please go to:

https://login.launchpad.net/+new_account

If you don't know what this is about, then someone else has entered your email
address at the Launchpad Login Service. Sorry about that. You don't need to do
anything further, just delete this message.

Regards,

The Launchpad Login Service team
