Can katie be unsuspended?

The katie celebrity person ("Ubuntu Archive Auto-Sync") is suspended. William Grant and Robert Collins reckon that celebrities tend to be suspended, possibly to prevent anyone from logging in as them (although surely that can be done in other ways?), or possibly because their pages tend to time out.

However, this means that I can't switch to the Archive.copyPackage(sponsored=lp.people['katie']) API for Ubuntu autosyncs, as I can't get hold of lp.people['katie']. I need to do autosyncs as this person because doing them as myself would generate a ridiculous amount of notification mail, and because that celebrity is special-cased in a couple of places to inhibit notifications to mailing lists.

Can this person be unsuspended, or is there some other way to achieve the same end result?
