Create a private mailing list

I created a mailing list for the team canonical-sizzle and then requested that it be made private, not knowing that once made it couldn't be made private. I have deactivated the list in hopes that it can be recreated privately.

I'm aware that private list archives are not available, that is OK. There is no content on this list that needs to be saved, nor does the group itself need to be saved. If necessary, it is OK to delete everything, I can add the users back in afterwards.

This group's sole purpose in life is to host a private mailing list.
