Please rename openstack-integration-tests to "tempest"

Hi,

we're shuffling a few things around in openstack and it seems we need a bit of help.

The project currently called "openstack-integration-tests" should be renamed to "tempest", and the current "tempest" project should just be deleted.

Done. I also added "openstack-integration-tests" as an alias for the new "tempest" so any old links will redirect to the new name.
