Please activate libvirt cvs import

Please test and activate the cvs import for https://edge.launchpad.net/libvirt/trunk

[do I really have to ask this question? https://help.launchpad.net/VcsImports said to do it, but
https://edge.launchpad.net/libvirt/trunk says

 The vcs-imports operator will review the source details and either mark the series "Do not sync", or perform a test import. If the test import is successful, a public import will be created. After the public import completes, it will be updated automatically.

So does the quesiton just make that happen faster??
