Hi, I created a project but I can't activate the bug tracker.
I read the instructions https://help.launchpad.net/Bugs/YourProject, but nothing.
Can you help me?

It looks like you selected the "I do not want to maintain this project" option when creating the project, so you were not set as the owner. I've reassigned it back to you.
