[spam report] more bug comment spam from Brian Downing's account

Recently, bug spam from Brian Downing's account (https://launchpad.net/~bd-launchpad) was reported by Andreas Moog (see https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/176728, https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/176729, and https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/176730).

I've found 4 more posts from Brian Downing's account that are spam:

Brian Downing was definitely a legitimate user of Launchpad, at least at one time, but his account appears to have been hijacked. In addition to removing the spam, this user should probably be contacted about the problem, and his account deactivated if he does not respond indicating that he has secured his Launchpad and email accounts.
