0 A.D. PPAs storage space

Hello,

after adding precise builds to ppa:wfg/0ad.dev the quota is pretty much used while doing updates and currently makes uploads of fixes impossible until the old packages are being purged.

I am hoping it is possible to bump the quota for both ppa:wfg/0ad and ppa:wfg/0ad.dev to 4GB.
