browser email incompatibility

I have to use Firefox for my care2.com e-mail account, and Chromium for my Yahoo! account. In the first case, only headers show when I check care2.com on Chromium and I am unable to see or access my messages. With Firefox and Yahoo! I am told there is a screen resolution problem, which is not true. These are both browser based electronic mail accounts.

This sounds like two separate problems, one between Chromium and care2.com and the other possibly more complicated.

You've asked this as a question about Launchpad itself. Were you trying to report problems with Ubuntu instead? If so, I would suggest you report these two problems separately as bugs in Ubuntu. To do that for Firefox, open a terminal window (ctrl+alt+T) and enter this command:

    ubuntu-bug firefox

Press enter, wait as data is collected, and go through the interactive bug-reporting process.

To do the same for Chromium, enter this command in the terminal:

    ubuntu-bug chromium-browser
