[spam report] more spam from ~umeaboy

More spam from ~umeaboy was reported in comments in https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/173483, but the status of that question was not changed back from Answered to Open, so perhaps you have not seen it. I posted info about yet further spam posted from this user's account.

This question is just to draw attention to https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/173483 (since, not being the asker, I cannot mark that question Open). I'll mark this question Solved as soon as there is any (official) response of any kind either here or there.
