I purchased a launchpad comercial subscription from the Canonical Store. But when I go to the redemption page it says I have no vouchers to redeem.

Got the following email after purchasing a commercial subscription

Hi Eli Paewai,

Thank you for your recent purchase of a Launchpad Commercial Subscription voucher from the Canonical Store. You may now go to Launchpad to redeem the voucher for a Launchpad Commercial Subscription (12 months, Basic) on any proprietary project you administer.

Use the following link to go directly to your voucher redemption page:
http://launchpad.net/people/+me/+vouchers

But when go to the link i get the following.

"Eli Paewai does not have any redeemable vouchers available.

Here are the steps to obtain a commercial subscription:

Purchase a Launchpad subscription in the Canonical Shop.
You will receive an email that your order has been processed.
Then you may apply the purchased subscription to this project on your voucher management page."

This is a very nasty bug between Launchpad and the store. Launchpad is not receiving vouchers from the store, though we users are getting emails confirming that the purchase was successful. I am seeing this bug affects several other projects, including those owned by the the host company Canonical.

I have made a note on the project that the subscription was purchased. Your project is fine, and you will get a full year of service from the date you apply it to your project.

The bug preventing us from seeing our vouchers is being resolved and the data was fixed. I can now see my own vouchers. Visit
http://launchpad.net/people/+me/+vouchers
to verify you can see and apply your voucher to your project. The subscription starts from moment the voucher is applied, you have not lost any days.

This bug may have resurfaced. I'm unable to see a commercial voucher I purchased in the store. Please advise.
