Can you add Montenegrin language for translation?

I m interested in translating Ubuntu in Montenegrin language (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montenegrin_language). Montenigrin is basicly new language and it's different from Serbian ijekavian in 2 letters.

This would probably be best handled by a bug against Launchpad itself with a title something like "Launchpad does not support translations in the Montenigrin language". You can file a bug at https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+filebug
