Reclaim unused/non-oss project name "isub"

I'm going fork ibus the imput method, and I would like the new project be called isub (sub, reverse order of bus).

However there's already an "isub" on launchpad and it contains no content (source, bug...) and also according to the name this project is related to a non-oss iphone app(isubapp.com).
