please delete divmod project, create divmod project group and add nevow to said project group

jrydberg registered a 'divmod' project, but it would better as a project group. So the project should be deleted/deactivate and renamed and a divmod project group created.

The new 'nevow' project should be made a member of that group if it that's easy, but that also something that he can do himself.

Done. I've done the rearrangement and reassignment for them, too -- they just need to update the text fields and use it now.
