With Internet Explorer cannot download anything

I want, for example, to download a PDF document from a WEB site. I click the button, the document presumably downloads, but when my download screen appears no documents are shown.

You have posted in a forum for questions about the Launchpad website and the services that site provides. If your question is about some software project that is hosted on Launchpad, it can be marked as pertaining to that project, and people knowledgeable about that project may be able to answer. But neither the Internet Explorer web browser, nor the operating system which it is a part of (Microsoft Windows) is hosted on Launchpad or uses Launchpad to provide technical support. Therefore, you should instead post your question in a Windows forum rather than using this site.
