Comment spam is starting to hit launchpad

I've now seen a few comment spams coming in to Launchpad. One is here in comment #95:

The account that created the spam needs to be cancelled and the comment itself removed.

Done. Someone else also reported this spam today and I suspended the account in response to that, but thank you for reporting it anyway. It's better to have two reports rather than none.
