Please merge my accounts:
First account (old): ~fortress I can login to this account but i cant access to the email because it was stolen
Secont account: ~fortsman was created with new email address
i'd like to leave account ~fortress with new email address. Thanx a lot!

So you can log in as fortress? If so, do so then visit <https://launchpad.net/people/+requestmerge>. Request to have fortsman merged into fortress -- it will verify that you control ~fortsman's email address, and then perform the merge automatically.
