Français - orthographe alternative

We are ready to create a new language translation for Ubuntu. Actually, it is an alternate simplified spelling of french for people with intellectual limitation or language disabilities. So, our language code according the GNU libc locale standard is fr@alternative . Thank you

I wish i can translate KoverArtist into French Language...
