Please merge my duplicate accounts

Somehow I have ended up with two accounts - cdekter and cdekter-gmail. cdekter is the proper one and is linked to my PPA which I have been using for more than 4 years. When I log in using my current email address I am always logged in as as cdekter-gmail. I have tried the lost password feature on cdekter but it does not go to any email address I currently have access to.

To summarise - please merge cdekter-gmail into cdekter.
