Tarball upload fails every time

When attempting to upload a tarballed kernel (73MB) to my team's milestone page, the upload gets to 100% then this error message is displayed:

Sorry, there was a problem connecting to the Launchpad server.
Try reloading this page in a minute or two. If the problem persists, let us know in the #launchpad IRC channel on Freenode.

Sorry, there was some confusion initially about whether this was a bug or a user question issue. It is indeed a bug and is being looked into. Subscribe to bug 194558 for more info. I'll close the question since there is a bug.
