Please assign pydispatcher project ownership to me

I am the primary maintainer of the PyDispatcher project. The code is maintained on LaunchPad (lp:~mcfletch/pydispatcher/working), but the project is owned by thopiekar, as he imported it a long time ago to build it as part of packaging another project. Please re-assign the project ownership to me (mcfletch) so that I can perform maintenance on the project page (e.g. make the working branch the focus of development).
