would like team name 'quantum' for existing 'quantum' project

Hi,

I'd like to register the team name 'quantum' for the developers of the 'quantum' project, but it is in use by an inactive user:

  https://launchpad.net/~quantum

If that account is truly inactive, could you delete it so that we can use it for the team name?

I've renamed the account and deactivated it, so you should be able to create or rename your team now.
