question 115954 comment spam, JOHN SWIASTYN's account hijacked

The user JOHN SWIASTYN (https://launchpad.net/~stacheface) was a legitimate user of Launchpad, but his account was apparently hijacked recently. The comments he posted 19 hours ago (post #4) and 3 hours ago (post #5) in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/adobe-flashplugin/+question/115954 are link spam.
