Marking bug as resurfaced in later distribution

There is a bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+2.0/+bug/717358) marked as fixed in Natty.

How do I add the information that it has resurfaced in Oneiric? Adding a comment does not help, bug stays in resolved state.

Hopefully, the people with the power to change the status will see your comment and update it. Otherwise, you should file a new bug.
