In https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-nettool/+question/170563, post #11 should be deleted/hidden, as it is a semi-automated message sent out advertising Google's services (similar to an invite--the user probably selected to send this message to all his/her email contacts, even contacts like "Question 170563" to whom it would not make sense to send it).

While you're removing that, you might also consider removing posts #9 and #10 in the same question, as they are blank answers. While post #11 set the question's status back to Open from Answered, post #9 had set it to Answered from Open, so then the question's status could correctly remain as Open.
