[spam report] more spam from ~markackerman8 (in bug 563933)

As documented at https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/169054, some bug spam posted with account ~markackerman8 has been removed. But the following comment spam remains:

~markackerman appears to be a legitimate Launchpad user whose email account has been hijacked.
