please bulk-upgrade graphite

Could you please, on or after the 9th September, upgrade all the graphite branches:

Awesome, thanks Martin. A bulk upgrade sounds ideal. Could we plan on doing it this Friday? Anyone using older bzr please update before then and let me know if you have any issues.

There should be an 'upgrade this branch' button on the branch page, if
you have write access to the branch.

If you're confident none of your contributors are using bzr earlier
than 1.16 (which is in Ubuntu Hardy) then we can do a bulk-upgrade for
you. For people who are on hardy, there are still updates in
<http://pad.lv/ppa/bzr>.
