Creating a project group for testing purposes on staging.launchpad.net

I would like to test Project Groups and their interaction with Projects and blueprints by creating a project group on staging.launchpad.net. Apparently I cannot create one myself but have to request it is created for me (even for staging). Here are the details

The name of the project group: Linaro-ProjectGroup-Testing

The desired Launchpad ID : http://staging.launchpad.net/linaro-projectgroup-testing
A one sentence summary of the project: A project group to be used for testing
A paragraph description of the project: A project group to be used for testing on staging.launchpad.net
The team that will own the project: not defined yet, I will create a mock team to use once the PG is ready

This doesn't require LOSAs, just ~registry.

Created as requested. I also created the group on the qastaging.launchpad.net instance as well, in case that turns out to be useful. (staging is sometimes down when qastaging is not).

Can you help with this problem?
