cannot understand launchpad?

how do I stay on launchpad without saying the problem is solved? How do I ask more Questions about the same problem????

well, i had a look at your other posts. after your initial question, you have a tendency to post a response saying your problem was solved. then actionparsnip tells you to mark problem as solved, so someone closed it. then you come back and say it's not solved.

well, you, don't say the problem is solved until it is really solved.

also, when responding from your email, be sure to ERASE everything that isn't new (that is, erase the content of the messge) before you type anything new and click send. this makes things easier to read.
