[Rosetta] Translations are no more exported

Launchpad stopped to export translations for https://translations.launchpad.net/unity-mail/ to lp:unity-mail. There's no update for more than 2 weeks, although there's at least 3 new translations. What may have caused this? The import queue is empty.
