Change the upstream for shotwell from trac.yorba.org to redmine.yorba.org

Shotwell bugs cannot be linked to upstream as their developers moved their bug tracking from trac to redmine so something needs to be changed for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shotwell/ so that we can link upstream bugs and mark them triaged.
