[spam report] bug 79971 title is spam

The current title of quite old bug 79971 is spam. I'm not sure if this bug was ever legitimate (it was created through importation, so perhaps it was spam even before it came to Launchpad), and maybe it should be changed to NULL Project, marked Invalid, and given a generic title, but I figured I should report it here instead of making the change myself.

I believe it was already imported as Spam.
