Change Bazaar Branch Owner

I deleted a team, and the branches it owns need to be moved. Both https://code.launchpad.net/~registry/+junk/deb-setup and https://code.launchpad.net/~registry/debxyz/quick-deb need to have ownership moved to debxyz-team.

For no really good reason, whilst Launchpad allows project ownership to be gifted to others, it does not allow branches to be given away other than to teams that the person making the change. If you'd like to make me a member of ~debxyz-team temporarily I'll pass over the branches.
