Deleting my PPA

Sorry if you can't do this could you please delete my PPA I archived called Test as I need that URL back now. I have nothing in that PPA and I only created it for me to see what it does.

The functionality to completely wipe PPAs is not complete. As it stands, the PPA deletion is permanent and it cannot be reused.
