Project group change request - is now just "Open ADK"

I have made a grievous error. The "Project" must be removed from "Open ADK Project".

I appreciate your attention to this detail.

Please delete the original group, and create a project group with the following information.

Name: Open ADK
Launchpad ID: open-adk
Summary: The Open ADK is building tools and developer libraries for creating software agents that exchange data in a Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) infrastructure.
Owning Team: Open ADK Team
Description...

The Open ADK expands the opportunities for developers to combine toolkits and improve the capabilities of their SIF agents. We encourage the SIF agent developer community to participate in advancing this interoperability technology for the benefit of all students and school systems.

~open-adk-team own the project group, so should be able to update its name and description themselves now.
