Why I can create a FAQ for grub but not for grub2

Another detail, question are not sorted in alphabetical order, which makes list harder to read. The "Grub message" are not gathered.

grub2 is not registered as a separate project in Launchpad so it can't have questions or FAQs. You can also register grub2 as the project and set up all it's metadata yourself. See https://help.launchpad.net/Projects/Registering for details.

If you are looking to create FAQs for Ubuntu grub packages, they will go under https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+faqs and https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2.
